Quarterly Grand Prize:
The Prize can only be used in relation to one car.
The prize is £4,000 credit towards the purchase of any car advertised on the autotrader.co.uk website. The prize is non-transferable. The prize is redeemable for one car only. In the event that the selected car is less than £4,000 then a cheque towards running costs will be offered (up to a maximum of £2,000) to make up a total prize of no greater than £4,000 in value. In the event that the value of the chosen car and the allowance of £2,000 falls below £4,000, the prize winner shall forfeit the difference. No cash alternative is available. In the event that the selected car is greater than £4,000, the prize winner must fund any additional cost over £4,000.
In the event that the car selected by a winner is more than £4,000, any amount over the £4,000 shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and be payable to the seller prior to completion of the sale.
Winners will be required to provide to the Promoter a photocopy, image or scan of their valid driving licence. Failure to provide a copy of a valid full or provisional driving licence and/or proof of identity may result in disqualification from this Promotion. Vehicles must also be insured in the normal manner prior to driving them on public roads.
The Prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable. The e-vouchers have no cash alternative in whole or in part.

Redeeming the Quarterly Grand Prize 1 and 2:

Auto Trader will only pay the Prize directly to the seller or car dealer on behalf of the Winner.
Winners must select their car of choice and notify Auto Trader by no later than 1st July 2017. If a Winner fails to select a car by that date, the Prize shall be forfeited. Selected cars by the winners should be in a good buying condition.
When the winners have found the car they wish to purchase through the Auto Trader website, they will need to notify the Promoter in writing to the email address: Tony.Hyde@AutoTrader.co.uk with details of the car. The email will need to include the following information:
Full details of the car they wish to purchase through the Auto Trader website including; make, model, transmission, colour, registration plate and price (all details can be found on the advert);
Seller’s full name, e-mail address and account details (account number, sort code and bank address);
A screen shot image of the advert on the Auto Trader website or a link to the advert on the Auto Trader website;
The winner’s unique claim code provided in the confirmation email; and
Attach a copy of a provisional or full valid United Kingdom driving licence issued by the DVLA.
Any travel expenses, car insurance, vehicle checks, MOT, personal expenditure, food and drink or any additional costs are not included in the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winners. The winners must arrange their personal travel to collect the car from the seller at their own expense.
For the avoidance of doubt, the winners will be fully responsible for any associated costs required to transport the car to their premises, including but not limited to, paying for any repairs, petrol, tax or insurance.
The Winner will be solely responsible for registering the car in their name and conducting any relevant vehicle checks.
