For a small debt it isnt worth it. I've had trouble getting bank accounts, rented accomodation, gas accounts, electricity, mobile phone contracts etc, I went bankrupt for 31k due to illness, early discharge at 6 months. Two years later I am still stuggling to get a DD bank account and have tried all the companies on this site.0

Mmm... If someone thinks a true signed copy does not exist then by all means challenge it but its hardly a mainstay of dealing with a debt problem.
Also for cca agreements made after April 2007, the 'irredemably unenforceable' rule does not apply, it is down to the district judge to decide if agreement is enforceable, and they have already been saying" well if youve had the money, then it should be paid back"
