    My daughter received a free box from https://www.homemovebox.com a couple of years ago. It was arranged by their mortgage provider, Nationwide.

    In it were two Nationwide mugs, cleaning products, handwash, tea, coffee and biscuits.

    You can also get free boxes for packing up - Freecycle has plenty! Sometimes you can find bubblewrap too.

    Go to your local supermarket and hang around shelf stackers who are loading shelves out of the size boxes you are after. Ask them if you can have the box when empty.

    We didn't get anything form nationwide when we got our mortgage, apart from a shed load of debt :(
