HELP PLEASE - no win no fee missold endowment revisit

Options
I have found a serious mistake in my lenders defence against me not knowing about 'daily interest' on overpayment to bring interest down as they have purposely used a letter that I used daily interest on bounced payments and they used this to show I knew about daily interest choice of mortgage which was totally incorrect.
Secondly - I had shortfalls of £8,000 and £4,000 respectively on mortgage and secured loan - at the time the BS begrudgingly said sorry and good will gestured me but unknown to me after going into branch (I suffer from depression and have done since 1991) they cashed in the policy on the secured loan within the good will gesture- BUT STILL CHARGED ME INTEREST which I didn't understand. I got a total of £4,000 approx. which I paid off the outstanding mortgages, which was swallowed up because my mortgage was on ANNUAL INTEREST because I did not know I could change it to daily - in fact it was Martins website in Autumn 2010 which alerted me to this. Therefore the £4,000 was wasted really in interest.
I am basically looking for a good no win no fee solicitor who will RREVISIT the supposedly missold payments the BSociety gave to me, their actions, and go for the £12,000 that was promised to me and my ex husband when we took the original mortgage out - or at least go for the £8,000 shortfall as we were promised by the manager - ok you will save up £12,000 or at the VERY WORST you will have paid your mortgage off - therefore the BSociety owe us at least the shortfall of £8,000 and on the secured loan - they owe us the shortfall and all the interest they piled on after they cashed the endowment in (which I didn't understand - I thought this was the apology payment).
I need a great no win no fee lawyer who will go over this with a fine toothcomb - I want to dismiss the negligible goodwill payments and go after what they promised or even what the shortfalls were - TAX FREE as I am on low income and fast.
The Building Society was swallowed up by another firm which took on its debts. Yes its your local and friendly store ....
So if you have had similar legal needs and know a great no win no fee lawyer - please, please let me know. Any lawyer who believes in justice, not the very suspicious handling of a missold mortgage by persons who knew I was suffering from depression.

When you accepted the original redress, that is considered final. You dont get to go and revisit it again later.

Also, the redress method for endowments was based on a set formula. You dont get any shortfall. It was costed against a repayment mortgage up to the point of the complaint and the difference, if any, was paid as redress.

Which has nothing to do with the endowment. And as you were aware of it in 2010, you are also timebarred from making a complaint about that now (you have three years to raise a complaint about something you are aware of having an issue over).

...they owe us the shortfall and all the interest they piled on after they cashed the endowment in (which I didn't understand - I thought this was the apology payment)....

The crux of your complaint is that you shouldn't have been sold an endowment mortgage.

In accepting your complaint (either as a good will gesture or as valid) they put you in the position you would have been had you taken the repayment mortgage in the first place. This will include cashing in of the endowment and using the proceeds to reduce the mortgage.

So that leaves you with a repayment mortgage on annual interest rather than an endowment mortgage on annual interest.
