Hi Fatbelly, when I went to the court hearing the solicitor representing Mortimer Clarke expressed that her £120 fee would need to be covered, and the judge agreed that I would cover the cost. I can't remember if this was only if they could prove me wrong. I need to find my notes and double check. Honestly though if I have to pay it's fine, the situation has been sorted and I can continue to sort out the rest of my credit history

I understand what you're saying, and if you receive an order to pay, in writing, then you must pay it. But I suspect the other side were asking for fixed costs in the event that your application was unsuccessful.

Ah ok, well we will see, and yes I will be def be paying it!!!
