Yes I should know better about the dangers of payday loans but...

Am I the only one who is having difficulty with Sunny?

I am trying to make additional payments but have been unable to and keep getting an error message. Despite using the same card details successfully to pay down my loan.

I've emailed them

My name is ***** ****

I currently have three loans out with you, Loan ID ******, Loan ID ******, and Loan ID *******.

I have been using your make additional payment feature on a weekly basis and even used it yesterday.

It is now putting up an error when I try and use it.

I am using the same card details as I did before so it strikes me as something odd is going on.

Please look into this and come with an explanation as soon as possible.

I have tried calling you before and been left on the phone for over half an hour waiting for someone to answer.

All I want to do is pay off my loan as quickly as possible with no hassle.

Is that the only way to make payments? Could you use Faster Payments through online banking instead? Could it be an issue with your card rather than Sunny Loans?

As previous poster contact your bank to see if the payments have been flagged up as potential fraud.
