wheelchair friendly bar/restaurant in belfast for christmas party

hi guys, hopefully you can give some recommendations... we are after a location for our christmas party and want somewhere with good grub and a bit of craic (i.e. live music or something would be great). we were going to go to the water margin because they had a karaoke thing on (not really my thing but i guess after a few sherries anything's fun) but one of our party is in a wheelchair and their function room is on the 2nd floor and has no lift.
