Occupational Health Check NHS Job Offer

So today, I received my conditional job offer letter and was asked to fill out a DBS check form (which I have done) and also make an appointment for ID checks which has been arranged for 27th July.

Do I need to supply references at this ID appointment so they can send off for this?

Also, what happens at the occupational health appointment?, they have asked me to provide proof of my vaccinations to date which I have asked my GP to print off for me, why can the NHS not view my medical records to see which vaccinations I have had, why do I need to physically provide proof? do they need to comply with data protection even when employing someone?

Do I fill out the medical questionnaire at my appointment?

Thanks in advance :)

You would normally complete the medical questionnaire prior to the OH appt, in your own time.

HR will not have access to your NHS records. Yes, they'll comply with the DPA.

If you have not already provided details of your referees then take them to the ID check.

I got a letter from occy health with a checklist to fill in, they then invited me in for an assessment with a doctor. My hep B jag was expiring 9 months after I started so they arranged an appointment for me to go in and get that and the blood test at the appropriate time. I had vaccines done privately for holidays and took that record into the appointment.
