My Girlfriend is moving in, should i notify my lender?

Hello all,

As i have indicated in the subject line, my girlfriend is moving into my flat next month. Do i have to notify my lender?

I believe that my girlfriend will have to sign a declaration stating that in case the house is repossessed, she will have to leave the house straight away. Is that correct?

    No.

    No.

    She only needs to sign a consent form if she's there at the start of a mortgage.
