Is pinecone going down?

Hi guys Pinecone seems to have been closed for a few days now. any idea if it's closing as cannot access my credit.

Hi I've just tried to log in and got Pinecone Research is currently down for maintenance. Did do a survey from them yesterday, via another survey site.

I've been trying to log in since Friday to redeem some points. Just tried again and its saying that the site is still down for maintenance. Can anyone else access it?

I doubt it as they are recruiting again now for new people. A few of the days it has been down are the weekend, so I'd just suggest waiting for a few days

I did a survey on 14th July for them and received the credit notification email on 15th, just can't access the site to redeem at the moment, it's been down for maintenance for a few days now.

I received my credit notification email on 15th July, then tried to redeem but it has been down since then. I also emaiedl on Saturday 16th but have not had a response yet. I have never known any site to be down this long so its rather worrying, so glad I redeem my money straight away as will only miss out on £3.

I can't access it either. Had two surveys last week which have apparently been credited. Hope it will be sorted out soon - it seems rather a long time to be down for maintenance.

It's rather a long time for 'maintenance'! However they have still sent surveys through which I have completed in good faith. Yet unable to redeem points. It's not on. They can whistle for their surveys till this is sorted.
