Back to comping after a break - what is Gleam?

I have done a search for Gleam on this forum and it came back "no matches".
I have seen Gleam listed in competition titles, in the same way that FB, Twitter, RC are listed. I don't know what Gleam is. And as I said, no matches when I tried searching on this forum.
Can someone please give me the bare bones of what Gleam is? I don't do RC, so if it is something similar, I will just pass on by the comps that have it in their title.

A bit like rafflecopter - extra things to do to enter. Follow a page on FB, twitter, comment on a blog, that sort of thing. I don't bother - don't do rafflecopter either as a rule. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Thanks elsien. I suspected as much.
I will walk on by then0 -
I do more gleams than raffle copter as they automate tweets etcproud gran to 4 lovely boys and one little girl0

I noticed a lot of people saying that they don't do RC comps.
I was wondering how rafflecopter and gleam worked because most of the time with RC you don't even enter an email address or name?Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where the heck is the ceiling?0 -

They have the details they need because to use both RC and Gleam you have to be logged in to Facebook/Twitter so they automatically have your Name/email.
Hurdy Gurdy give gleam a try as I find it so much easier to use than Rafflecopter and as long as they don't want you to jump through hoops with asking you to like/visit/watch videos etc on so many pages it is actually quicker than filling in forms sometimes0 -
I never do RC but always do gleam as the entries are automatic its a little click and well if i do want to visit instagram etc i will just skip that oneThanks to everyone's hard work in posting comps, and good luck to all :T An iPad A years supply of fudge A book Balance Festival tickets A set of recycled plant pots A £500 nights stay in Chelsea Thanks to everyone0

Some blogger take the pi$$ and make people jump through loops, eg follow here, there and everywhere for a cheap little kids dvd or book or a mascara. I don't enter those comps! Some blogers need to realise that not all applicants have the time to jump through loops to win a prize that is not worth a fiver!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0
