On the site Here it says it will arrive within 48 normal delivery. It says only orders that come form the manufacturer take 14 day surely this is only things like washing machines etc. I have only ordered pair of jeans.

I wonldn't mind as much if I could track my order like it said I could but I can't becuase they haven't given me a customer number to be able to log in

Just to let people know that I have had the discount code applied onto a sale item (after some negociation with their customer care team who first ignored the discount code).

Bought a 5 piece garden tool set reduced to £17.49 from £25. Paid £2.49 after discount... with free delivery. so equivalent to a 90% discount.

If they haven't changed their T&C's this is definitely worth truying.

Has anyone else had any luck with this?

I ordered something for £29.99 and the confirmation didn't mention the £15 off. So I emailed them (expecting to be told I had to spend £30) and received a reply to say the discount has now been applied.
