How long will defrosted curry last in the fridge?

Options
Hi all, I'm defrosting a homemade chicken curry overnight to eat tomorrow evening, but it's too large an amount for the two of us (originally made for 4). Would a proportion of it last for 3 or 4 days in the fridge to make another meal do you think?

Many thanks for any advice.

Honestly I would be safe and either invite some friends over or share it with the neighbours. I wouldn't be so cautious with veggies.

If you are defrosting it in the fridge and you are keeping it in the fridge it will be fine

    Agree with Suki.
Overprepare, then go with the flow.

As long as you're defrosting it in the fridge (ie: it doesn't get above 5 deg. C) then it should keep for the standard 3 days - usual rules about looking & sniffing of course.

Fridge. Very cautious! Our curries mature on the stove. One shall be made this coming Tuesday and will mature over night on the stove. On Wednesday it will be dynamite! Want to try some?

Don't reheat more than you will eat the first night, and the rest will last in the fridge fine, assuming you froze it shortly after it was made and not after it had been in the fridge for several days already.

As Blackbeard says, curries (and chillis) will improve. There is some serious biochemistry going on in that dish,
If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5? :)

All adds to the taste. The chicken will be roasted very shortly. Breast tonight and tomorrow. Then chopped up for the curry. Toe nail onions will be used.
