Personally, I would email again. Keep it pleasant, just say something like can they confirm how it was sent, if by courier, can you please have the tracking details, so that you can make sure someone is in when it is due to be delivered, or arrange with a neighbour to take delivery.

    Good luck.

I know how awkward you feel. I've got exactly the same going on for one of the mags dailies. It was only a small win and you always get the email address of a contact should the prize not be delivered within 28 days but it has been over six weeks and nothing. The lady answering my emails keeps apologising and I know she isn't the one responsible for sending out the prize so like you mentioned, I don't feel I can hassle too much. I also get the feeling I'm not the only one with problems as the last email she sent me was addressed to "Dear Tina" even though I'd clearly signed mine to her as Debbie.

i'm having same problem with a twitter win... has been nearly 3 months now!!! i've just messaged them again.. last time they were very sorry and said if royal mail have lost it they will send another... that was nearly a month ago... it's worth nearly £40 so surely they would send it recorded delivery?? i hate confronting/bothering people... and am paranoid they will accuse me of pretending i've not received it.. lol
