CCJ enforcement debtor not paid

Hello,

I currently have an outstanding CCJ against someone for over £3000k with no payment received to date.

I have a High Court Writ and have been in the process of trying to reclaim via bailiffs for a few months (debtor moved house had to retrace etc.).

However I want to know my options should there not be enough goods to seize/cant seize etc. I know the debtor lives in rented property and only employment is self employment. I only have bank details for the debtors partner (personal not business).

Any advice is much appreciated,

Thank you

You should be able to get hold of a leaflet about enforcing ccjs from your local court? They aren't able to give you advice but should list the options available.
If bailiffs can't get anything for you then you have limited options. You can serve a statutory demand and force bankruptcy but this will cost time and money with no guarantee you would get anything back.
Another option is to serve a notice to attend court for questioning where you can ask questions about what assets the person has and get details of their bank accounts etc. When you have this information you could try and enforce a third party debt order (basically where you wait until you think they have enogh money in the bank and apply for the account to be frozen).
I'm not too sure how these options all work but get a leaflet/ do a Google search and take it from there.
