P11D query re: lease car

Options
can anyone shed some light as i have received my P11D for my NHS lease car.
i pay £333 a month before tax and NI. My tax code is adjusted for this to 503L.
I have received my P11D and the cash equivalent of the car is in box 9 however it shows personal contribution as £0. this means my annual salary which is £11700 for tax credit purposes is £15700 as i have to add the cash equivalent of the car onto my salary.
if i am paying £333 a month surely this should come off the cash equivalent of the car as i am paying for it?
im so confused :(

What is your gross pay (before tax each month), and what other benefit apart from a car, do you have?

Have you got any other deduction in your tax code?, ie: o/standing debt, underpayment etc
