I have a SIPP with BestInvest. This is in drawdown.
Am I being unnecessarily concerned because, without any warning, BestInvest's website is down and the three phone numbers that I have for them appear to be disconnected?
FSCS and Financial Ombudsman were no help at all when I asked for advice. Both said that their records showed the company was still trading.

Yes you are being unnecessarily paranoid. A company cant vanish like that. Not possible.FSCS and Financial Ombudsman were no help at all when I asked for advice.

Yup, was all down for me too, but all working fine now.I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.

I've been using Best Invest since 2000, never had more than minor issues (usually me misunderstanding something).
Over that time they've consistently improved their service (web front end is quite a lot better than it was).
If I have any questions or issues I simply phone them up Sat morning & I've always got them resolved to my satisfaction.0
