Morning All,
I am just filling out my budget planner for my mortgage application. I have included every single bill etc and my disposable income seems high £1400. If I put this on my application will the lenders think I am pulling a fast one as I have included everything?

Pulling a fast one in what way? I imagine at some point that you will have to provide bank statements so they will be able to see what your outgoings/disposable income is anyway.

They have asked for my bank statements from the account details I gave them, but my income gets paid into different accounts (1 for bills, 1 for leisure etc)0

No, they don't look into it manually in that depth.I am a Mortgage Broker

Would I need to provide 3 month bank statements from each account?0

You may do.
Most lenders use ONS figures. They ask about your expenditure in case they miss something and to check if you are above the norm.
I would imagine the difference between what you actually have at the end of the month and what you have put is all the rubbish we buy - magazines, coffess, bag of crisp, maccy D's etc etc.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
