Terms & Conditions:

1. The Competition is organised by COOK Trading Ltd ("COOK") whose registered address is The COOK Kitchen, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3HH. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Competition is open to residents of the UK and Channel Islands aged 18 or over. Employees and agents of COOK and their associated companies (including the families of such employees and agents) are not eligible to enter the Competition, nor is anyone connected with the Competition. The eligibility of any entrant is at COOK's sole discretion.

3. All entries, whether made on the Website, or in store must be received by COOK by 11:59pm on 21st August 2016.

4. Only one entry per household. No purchase necessary. The eligibility of any entrant is at COOK's sole discretion. All automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties will be disqualified.

5. COOK does not assume any responsibility, and cannot accept any liability, for lost, damaged or incomplete entries submitted in store or for any lost or incomplete Website entries or any technical fault or failed electronic data transmission. Any and all such entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of dispatch shall not be proof of entry.

6. The prize-winner will be chosen at random. COOK reserves the right to request written proof of age or identity of any entrant before they may claim a prize.

7. The competition will consist of winning a luxury holiday in Cornwall for 7-nights for you and 8 friends, the prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

8. The prize-winner will be notified by email within three weeks of the Closing Date. The name of the prize-winner may be used in publicity by COOK and Helpful Holidays. The winner will be informed of their success by 11th September 2016.

9. By entering the Competition, entrants agree that COOK may use their personal data for administrative purposes connected to the Competition, and that COOK may contact entrants (including by email) for such purposes.

10. These Terms shall be governed by English law and, in the event of any dispute, COOK and each entrant hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11.There is one prize to be awarded. The prize consists of a holiday for 7 nights at Sandpipers with Helpful Holidays Limited. This is 7 nights’ accommodation and a freezer full of food provided by COOK for the holiday. The holiday can be taken between 2nd September 2016 and 30th June 2017, excluding Easter holidays, May half-term holiday, Christmas and New Year, and is subject to availability.

12.Terms and Conditions apply and prize excludes any additional cost elements not detailed in the prize description.

13.Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

14.The name and home county of the winner will be made available on or after 11th September 2016 by sending a SAE to Helpful Holidays, Prize Draw Competition, Mill Street, Chagford, Devon, TQ13 8AW.

15.The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

16.The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion without notice, where it becomes necessary to do so.

17.The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of the same or higher value.
