Looking for ideas re split mortgages. Currently have a part repayment part interest only mortgage with approximately 11 years to run. I am a locum worker with a limited company since 2013 and subject to vat, corporation tax etc which is paid regularly.
My mortgage is with the Halifax and they have been next to useless as I approached them in the beginning partly they have wanted evidence of earnings for the past three years, However my tax records only run for the past two as there is a years lag with HMRC.
Looking to convert to a whole repayment mortgage but the only lender willing to do this wanted a £1000 pcm. Currently paying about £600 pcm
Any sugesstions
