rise and recline chair companies

in I wanna buy it or do it
I need to get a made-to-measure rise and recline chairs. After reading lots of scare stories I'm trying to pick my way through the companies to avoid being ripped off by dodgy ones.

Can anyone recommend companies to use or avoid? Currently getting brochures from the mobility furniture company and willowbrook.

    My Mum got hers from HSL. She's had it for years and had no trouble at all.
    I let my mind wander and it never came back!
