Any other companies like 'Arise'?

Are there any other companies in the UK like 'Arise', or even around the world who would take on somebody in the UK, which offer home based job opportunities through differing clients, such as sales or customer services, that you train for on a course at home on your computer and if you certify, you get a job at the end taking or making calls from home for that client?

This wouldn't be for me, but for somebody else. I know I posted before about my social anxiety in another thread, but no offence, who the job would be for, is irrelevant to my question.

I too suffer social anxiety and so I know your pain.
Personally if your friend wants a job making telesales calls they might want to consider checking INDEED job site as a lot of telesales companies advertise on there with home-based jobs or local office based jobs.
Most don't need you to have any qualifications or training courses, they just need a bubbly confident person to make/answer calls.

There are a few companies that also offer online help support for hundreds of websites. That might involve calls too and would get you in a much stronger position for future work than some training scheme with an online certificate if you have the experience with a well known company. I forget the name of them now, but a bit of Googling, for Online Help Desk jobs or companies, and look for their careers/jobs menu will help.
