The prize to be won is a travel package for the winner and up to 1 further adult and 2 children (the "guests") to Orlando, Florida. There is only 1 prize available. The value of the prize is €6,500. At least 1 travelling adult, either the winner or the further adult, must be 21 years old on the date of departure and each child must be under 12 years old on the date of return. The travel package comprises the following: return flights from selected airports (listed below), including taxes, fees and 1 item of checked luggage per person; 6 days of car hire, including hire of GPS; 5 nights’ hotel accommodation in Orlando, with a four-star rating, based on the winner and guests sharing a family room; 1 day family admission to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex near Orlando, Florida.

Flights are available from the following major international airports: Denmark – Copenhagen; France – Paris, Nice, Lyon; Finland – Helsinki; Ireland – Dublin; the Netherlands – Amsterdam, Norway – Oslo; or the United Kingdom – London Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester, Edinburgh, Belfast. Flight routings may be indirect. Winner and guests must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel. Any necessary visas or other travel authorisations and related fees are responsibility of winner and guests. The prize does not include travel insurance. We strongly recommend that suitable travel insurance for the winner and guests is obtained prior to travel at the winner's own expense.

The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Prize is subject to availability and third party terms and conditions in relation to the hotel, flight and Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex may apply. Prize cannot be taken between 21 December 2016 and 2 January 2017 (Christmas and New Year), over public holidays in the departure or arrival country, or over Easter Sunday. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame. Winners must give at least 6 weeks' notice in advance of their chosen travel dates. Stay must include a Saturday night in the hotel. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time. Once booked, the prize booking cannot be altered or amended. Children must have written parental or guardian permission prior to travel. The prize excludes domestic ground transfers. The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize. To the extent permissible by your local laws, all taxes (including without limitation national and local taxes) in connection with any prize and the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. For car hire, the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving license. Any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than three years’ driving experience, will need to pay a supplementary cost for car hire. A valid credit card in the name of the named driver, with available funds of up to US$500, will be required for security deposit purposes when hiring the car. Hotels.com will not be responsible for the deposit or any damage caused to the hire car by you or any third party. Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex tour will be provided in English. Winners will require a reasonable level of conversational English for this activity. By participating in the Prize Draw, participants agree that the prize is awarded on an "as is" basis, and that neither Hotels.com nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies, make any representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the prize.
