All entrants (“Participants”) must be UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 21 or over.

To enter this Prize Draw, Participants are asked to fill out a short questionnaire between 01/07/2016 7.00 am (“Entry Date”) and 01/08/2016 11.59 pm (“Close Date”).

In addition you will win a powershot G9X camera and up to £500 travel allowance (claimed afterwards with receipts).
14. In the event of circumstances beyond our control the promoter is not responsible for delays in travel.
15. The stay must be taken by the 1st August 2017 and is not valid from 21st December 2016 – 3rd January 2017. The stay must be taken midweek and is subject to availability. This can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. The voucher must be used in full, and there is no exchange for services not listed in the prize details.
16. Promoter reserves the right to publish name, town and county of the winner or to publicise any prize giving presentation after the date of the Draw. If the winner does not wish such details to be published, they must advise Promoter at time of being notified that they have won.
17. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash or credit alternatives will be substituted for the prize on offer. In the event that the prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
19. The camera will be posted to the winner and the trip will be booked after the winner claims the Prize by e-mailing the details requested by the Promoter over email [EMAIL="holly.gilliland@secretescapes.com"]holly.gilliland@secretescapes.com[/EMAIL]. The winner must claim the Prize not later than within 30 calendar days from the date when the winner has been informed.
20. If the winner rejects or fails to claim the Prize on time in accordance with the clause 19 the Prize may be awarded to other entrants at the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter.
