Hi
About 11 months ago I caught a train from Harrogate to Chinley with two changes - 3 rail operators were involved. I was over an hour late, my cost being £22.80. I sent off my tickets to Northern Rail who sent them on to South West trains. They lost them. Ive now been told my complaint is invalid as more than six months has passed. Ive been pushed around between Northern Rail, The Trainline and South West Trains. What can I do? Sod the £23, its the principle! Ive spent hours and hours on this!

Why on earth would Northern have sent the claim & tickets to South West Trains (as it is a tad outside the SWT operating area)

I'm wondering if the OP meant East Midlands Trains possibly? (Their trains look identical other than a different name on them)
