Who am I paying?!

I have a defaulted post office bank of Ireland cc. Three years ago or so, I set up a payment plan which is still running. I wasn't altogether with it then and can't remember details
Anyhow, CCA'd post office in April, heard nothing and cheque not cashed. Looked through file and found letter from BCW group dated November 2013. No correspondence from anyone since but Noddle is being updated
Have now CCA'd BCW group. Failing ringing them can I found out who is dealing with the debt? I'm hoping to try a F & F soon

This is quite common, and can be very annoying not knowing who you should be dealing with.
See what you get back from the CCA request, then either write and ask BCW if they own it, or with hold payment and see who contacts you.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
