I've just downloaded the free trial. Put all my accounts in, credit card debt, pay pal account, etc etc


I've added all my future salary/bills for end of July/August - which I hope I've done right!


Can't get it to sync with my iphone, folowed the drop box instructions but wonder if it's because I've downloaded the classic version?


Can I delete any of the catergoies e.g student loan (I don't have one) gaming? don't do gaming?


Does it take a few months to see a true picture of your budget and planning?


Any other tips or suggestions?

Hi There
if you click on the name heading one highlighted in pale blue then you can do one 3 things rename, edit or delete.
as for dropbox i have an iphone only setting i can see if go to settings and scroll down to ynab press right >on the screen and make sure all settings are on especially using mobile data or else it will only work when connected to WI-FI.The only other issue may be the firewall on your pc but that is out of my knowledge base

Have you got the internet based trial? If so I belive it is the other app you need

Yes you can delete and add categories as you like or rename! Just click on the name and a box pops up to rename or delete.

Keep at it, I love it personally and it's changed the way I do money for the better big time!
