Rough time to offer?

Been on an epic journey with Santander, and it's just taken forever, first case - broker error on evidence, but we had two credit searches because first failed on affordability(?) then we added my wife's wage on and it went through.... The first took forever to get things in due to requests etc. So we then were reapplied and they cross referenced it all (valuation etc).

Now been on the journey, were turned down then added more deposit and we were accepted. Hurrah!

Then the broker changed our product due to our lower LTV and they then credit checked again (3 times for one mortgage?) and approved there but they hadn't transferred the valuation over... So that had to be then requested (again) to come across, and now it's with the underwriter for the final bit, again....

How long does it take now to produce the offer? We know the valuation is ok etc as broker told me, it's a bit frustrating this delay - we found out last Weds they'd approved it. Taking forever (and credit checks on the way too)...

They normally issue offer immediately when they are happy with everything.

We've been waiting couple of week though, after we've been advised that final checks need to be done.
