ransfer query for a working traveller

hi, i work in a country for a few years at a time and wonder what good pension scheme options are out there? i don't want to transfer funds from one employer's scheme to another employer's as these will keep changing over the years. i will also likely retire in a country i've not yet lived in. any thoughts?

see an IFA......get some good advice.
its usually very good to take advantage of employers pension schemes as normally the company puts money in as well
+look at setting up a personal pension......probably with one of the large fund supermarkets / platforms0
