None of it ;-) But I like the idea. I think there must be particular benefit in the over 50's and self employed and I'd also go for First Time Buyers.
Protection, assuming you do this I'd highlight? Look at different options as opposed to Life and CIC as people turn off at that I find.I am a Mortgage & Protection Broker

I think the Brexit thing will have been done to death so I think the over fifties option is a good one as it will have the least coverage of the three - there are so many people 50+ who think they are too old for a mortgage it would be nice to give them some hope
