Absolutely, enjoyyourshoes. Doing calculations for yourselves will also help you retain the information in your minds rather better than filling in fields on an app, I would think.

Have you budgeted for unexpected expenses such as car/house repairs (unless you rent), reduced income due to sick leave (if applicable), etc?
