Good Morning fellow DFW Peeps and welcome old timers and newbies alike :hello:
Welcome to Tuesday !!!!!
When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free.
Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging the washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important.
So, today I will:

So, today I will:
- do piggy comps, clicks and surveys
- send everyone off with packed lunches
- try and do a matched bet or two
- search through quidco to find some freebies
- do storecupboard dinner - salmon risotto I think
- not increase my debt in any way
- be positive

Hi hypno, hi to all that follow :hello: . Today I will:
- complete my finance practice.
- answer a work email from a friend in Germany
- transfer some money to my current account so I can make the payment to the builders for the work they've done (which is going at a rate of knots, its great).
- piggy clicks - get that ten points a day from visitlondon, I'm halfway to my third voucher!
- definitely a storecupboard day  - I could feed an army, oops. Now that my little freezer compartment has a door, maybe I should cook and freeze, in a few days, anyway.
- aargh, just found out my mum is coming to stay for 2 days next week! Aargh!!!! So today we will have cleaning-of-kitchens, and sweeping-up-on-the-front-patio, maybe-she-can-use-it-this-time. She can't get to the place I sit out at the back, the stairs are too dodgy (pensioners don't live round here, its too hilly).
Sorry, this list is only half about moneysaving, but this lot is definitely where my time and effort are going today. And I finished my work on my website yesterday!!!! :T :T  I have to run it by my business partner today, and then upload it - I am *so* excited about this, can't believe I've finally done it!!!

Morning

Today I have/ will:
- make my own bread (in the oven now - smells lovely!)
- help a friend move some stuff from old house (not really DFW, but I get to socialise without spending anything, so I guess it counts!)
- eat lunch at home
- write some more of PhD so I'm closer to being able to get a real job (lol!)
- go to part time job this evening (means I also won't spend anything - hooray!)
Have a good day all0 -
Morning Hypno & all.
Today I am/will
-start by staying positive (this has been an "also ran" these last few days)
-will stop consoling myself with a 50p kitkat.
-done piggy & Quidco clicks
-done a survey
-have been forgetting to say that each morning I get into work 20 mins or so earlier and whack through a dozen competitions on the Comping thread. (won so far a big fat zero, but must be my turn one day
)
-Now have more on Gala bingo than I deposited to get cashback on Quidco, :T must just work out how to remove it......
-if I don't succumb to a kitkat then it will be another NSD
-OH is going to assist me in e-baying tonight, as only one thing I've listed has sold in the last 3 weeks, and we're currently running at a loss with re-listing fees etc. OH has some good stuff to list.....

OK, hope all are having a good day, here are my contributions
- going to clean (keeps me from spending)
- going to sort out finances online
- listing on ebay tonight (hopefully will have time)
- I used a couple of resuables on baby, it all helps my purse and the environment
- sorting out a good investment project, had to make some phone calls, I will be posting about it if it all takes off or I need advice0 -
Hello everybody!
I have signed up for 7 million mystery shopper assignments today!
(Well... maybe not 7 million, but lots and lots and lots! )
I don't have to pay for the gym this month as I've scored a months free membership (again!) plus we've got lunch out this weekend, and a meal out next week as well. And some free prescriptions again, and some boring but you get paid ones too! Chuffed!

- done lots and lots of surveys!
- sold something for £50 on eBay - hooray!
- applied for some free training through work, well it should do me some good career-wise in the long term!
- made a slightly bizarre storecupboard tea of pasta, bits of veg and thai green curry paste, but hey it puts the shopping off for another day!
