Lowells Debt that I do not owe!

I have just submitted a complaint with the ombudsman as well.. Do I need to contact Lowells to tell them of this??
I found an email I sent EE back in 2013 disputing this bill and detailing every person I spoke to over a 2 day period who never mentioned there was an outstanding bill but said I would be due a refund of £40-£50 .... I will just have to wait and see I guess..
Lowell will of bought the debt.
If they write again, tell them you are disputing the debt with the original creditor, as they have not provided you with sufficient proof of liability.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Brilliant, thanks for that0

I submitted my complaints to both resolver and the ombudsman and they have both come back and said they can't help... I am disputing the debt because I do not owe it and now at a loss as to how I should proceed next .. It is crazy you can be harassed like this and no-one will help0

I think the only recourse open to them is the courts. They are unlikely to try that route for £85.
However, they are probably reporting a default on your credit file, which will be there till 2019.0
