Mens hiking shorts/trousers?

Hi Guys


Years ago I had a pair of trousers that had 3 sections, you could turn them into 3 quarter pants and then shorts using the zips to take each section off but I cant seem to find anything like this, we are going The Lake District next week and doing a few hikes, one being Scafell Pike and was after something like this as when I have used walking trousers I have got very hot if warm day but once was cold when I has shorts on lol.


I have looked on the websites Decathlon and sports direct as both of these shops are in my local city but no such look on there website?
