Has anybody used shop in Hampshire web site there are much cheaper is there a issue with them

They are based in China and not the UK.
I ordered some shoes, they did not send a confirmation email or reciept, I checked my band account and no money had been taken until 2 weeks later !
They then sent the wrong shoes, the wrong size and they were clearly fakes!
In order to return my goods for a "refund" I have to post them back to China within 3 days!
I wonder what the chances are of getting my money back?
They have been no responses to my emails and there are no phone numbers so it looks like I've been conned!0 -
As with any site -
Look at the contact us or Returns pages and then ask yourself why they dont give any addresses / phone numbers
The "shipping & Returns" page is particularly assuming . Reads as if it has been translated in and out of English several times0
