Debt management agency or Diy for final settlement

Can I ask opinions on using a debt management company (step change) DIY to arrange a final settlement. I have just rang PRA and only offered a 10% discount....sadly can't do that. Any help? thank you

Depends how much you owe, lots of people use SC, are the debts defaulted, are you currently paying anything ?
How much can you muster for full and finals ?
Original creditors or DCA's ?
