Shampoo and conditioner for fine hair

With thin/fine hair, I think the key is not to overwash it That's easier said that done, I know, but mine has improved since only washing it once every three days. I would also highly recommend protein treatments every now and then for texture and stronger hair. I use redken anti snap treatment, but there are cheaper ones.0

Thanks for recomendation
Well, you only need the tiniest bit of each to get results, so it's MSE in not needing a great glob of it to get your hair clean and conditioned. Be sure to rinse well (including your forehead and back of neck), as you might end up with great hair but a slight residue sensation.
I like it, at any rate. And it means I know if anything messy happens to the Idiot Cat, I don't have to worry about buying a separate animal shampoo before starting the wall of death game in the shower room.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0
