Recently had a Barclays Visa card sent to me unrequested as a replacement for a Barclays MasterCard I have that is not due to expire until the end of 2017. As I already had a Barclays Visa card I now have two with different numbers and expiry dates, both valid, along with the original Barclays MasterCard. Was wondering if this might have anything to do with the class action and avoidance of possible payment by Barclays as the accompanying letter seemed to suggest that the MasterCard should no longer be used. Anyone got any views or information on this?0
