Aviva taking one off payment

I have 2 small pension plans who have now ended up with Aviva. I have had nothing but trouble since March this year. Have made it quite clear that I wanted a one off payment due to being able to cash them in under the 55 year old rules brought in last year..Was told a couple of weeks ago it had gone to payments department and It would be in my bank account within 9 working days. After being on hold for 30 minutes. Now told that I have to wait till I am 60 before payment can be made..I have never dealt with such an incompetent company. I have had 2 £50 cheques in compensation for lack of communication. .I have sent them everything they require and quite often they have used excuses that they haven't received documents. This whole expereince has been a complete nightmare. I have no faith with this company whatsover
