Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

Valuation is booked for Wednesday. My broker said the underwriter was completely happy and providing valuations match then expect an offer soon after. Fingers crossed and I still can quite believe it.0

They took my payment at the very start of the application but didn’t actually carry it out until underwriting was complete (valuation booked for this Wednesday). That way you can be assured that you won’t pay for a valuation if you’re not going to get the mortgage0

They did my valuation in September declined my mortgage in November then reopened it due to realising I had increased. My earnings with new job (well further nhs job but more hours ) and offered End jan completed 13th Feb I wouldn!!!8217;t take a valuation as a guarantee0

I've been told the valuation has been instructed.
They asked about a few things on our bank statements, such as why my husband got paid more in December (it was an annual bonus of £500), and what payments into my account were (maintenance from the ex which will be stopping in August). Also asked the date of birth of my daughter (she's nearly 18). They wanted our home phone number too.
I just hope after paying £410 we get it! It's a lot of money to lose
Good luck for your valuation Wednesday and hope the offer isn't too far behind0 -

Valuation completed yesterday and the mortgage offer came through this morning. A day less than 3 weeks from application to offer. My broker ensured all required paperwork was in place before the application was made and I insisted that Precise didn!!!8217;t carry out the valuation until the underwriter had signed off on the application (to ensure I wasn!!!8217;t charged if no mortgage offer would come).
Good luck Steph2901 with the rest of your application.0 -

Wow, that's great!
I'm going to chase mine up tomorrow and see what's going on.0 -
Hello,
Also going with precise, has been a very long process but have been told that they are happy with all our paperwork and have instructed valuation, can you all tell me after your mortgage was complete did you get your valuation back?0 -
You will see from your mortgage template whether you get your search fees back. Usually on new builds only and on completion.0
