Ah brilliant kaggs but 8 weeks 😳. They have asked me for more information 😕. I’ve been told they take 4/5 to look at anything that is sent to them which is why they take so long.

Thankyou! Yes that’s true, whenever they receive new documents it goes back to the assessment que! We had the area manager on our case and it quickened things up! As they only received my reference back from work on Friday/mon

So I had an email from my mortgage broker, said precise needed to know some extra information, all of which my broker has already provided.

Well most of it, they wanted to know what a payment was going out every month, it is the council tax, another which my broker has already told them that we are not on a DMP, but they keep asking us for DMP stuff....

Dragging on a bit this and exchange of contracts is suppose to be at the end of this month...

    Stressed

Honestly the amount of stuff we sent backwards and forwards was unreal

You're telling me, it's ridiculous how much stuff is going to and from. Kept telling them we aren't on a dmp, but we are paying the creditors an agreed amount every month. We have statements to back it up from banks and creditors involved.

Just be nice if we gad some good news, we got the dip in place, they done a hard search on our credit files, both employed over 10 years, have a regular income, no defaults since 2014/2015, paying a 25% deposit and they still asking daft questions

They are suppose to be an adverse credit mortgage company, so they should be used to dealing with these

    Congratulations Kaggs btw

We hope we get some good news also,

There surely must be better ways than what is happening atm. Especially the house we are looking at asked us to put deposits in carpet etc.

We already parted with over 1000+ and that's not even getting a definite offer.

Trying to see the positives and keep telling my wife they wouldn't be asking for all of this information if it was a definite no.

Our stress and panic levels are high

Called our solicitors up and they tell me that the searches could be upto 3 weeks....

Is anyone else in the same position as us, where they used have the CAB to contact the creditors but later decided to do the arrangements yourself?

And how did the mortgage application go by doing this?

    Thanks

I know I so far have sent a gift form to them along with proof of bank funds for it. Then the solicitor wanted it all again with proof of where it came from, proof of it in both accounts etc. Now they want it again but with proof of the money going from one account to the other. I feel like telling them do you not speak to each other. 🙈

It's crazy, yes I heard that Precise aren't the quickest but some details surely shouldn't be brought up, when we started we had over 15 points raised, we now got it down to 5, think our broker has clarified all the points even though he has already made them aware already in previous emails.

Wanted to know are we going to pay a list of debts on completion, the ones they raised aren't the ones we are paying off, we already told them we are paying some of them off but not the ones raised as we are on a arranged plan already with the creditors

Doesn't seem to get any quicker, I assume I will get some kind of reply by next week, but each time they require additional info, then you are put another week behind

Yes my credit report is bad but aren't they the specialists in dealing with such cases
