I recently received a letter from JB Debt Recovery acting for Robinson Way giving me 7 days to pay off £2061, I replied with the CCa letter not acknowledging the debt with JB debt recovery.
Today i recieved another letter from the same head office address as the first letter but with a different letterhead (now ATI) also the same ending to the e-mail addy 1st being collections@jbdr.co.uk the 2nd being ati@jbdr.co.uk obviously the same company.
This time they are offering me 7 days to respond to a phone number on an offer by their client (Robinson Way) of an 80% settlement to avoid additional legal costs and legal action.
Do I send another CCA letter?
I don't mind paying off the debt but would prefer to pay the original creditor and not the DCA's.
If i can't get back to the original creditor I'm stubborn i can carry on sending the CCA letters till domesday!!!!
Thanks in advance for any help
