Hi
Quick question for all you mortgage brokers out there:
I leave the Forces shortly and at the same time my 5 yr fix ends. I should have around £140k left on the mortgage (approx value £350k). My wife earns £40k pa and I will have a pension income of £11k pa. Although I'm not working, can I use my pension as income as the second applicant?
Many thanks
