I really can't say I'm surprised.0

Anyone half a brain could of told Saintsbury's not to bother in the first place. Went into one a while ago and didn't buy anything. It was the same as it used to be in the old days... just a mess.0

Folks, I totally disagree. Netto's closure will be bad for consumers - it is cheaper in some areas than Aldi and Lidl, and also it has rejuvenated closed store units in villages like my own where branches of other budget supermarkets, or even big supermarkets like Tesco and Sainsbury's itself are hard to reach, particularly for people on low incomes.
My partner and I have shopped there every week since our local branch opened in January and have saved around 20% off our shopping costs. A particular saving that I have benefited from is that hay fever tablets are about 91p for 14 instead of the usual £3 for 7! There have been many other good offers. The idea that the shops have been 'a mess' is certainly not something that I would recognise - it can be unpredictable, yes, but this is true of all bargain supermarkets. It is certainly less messy and better designed than Aldi.0 -

B&M stores have allergy tablets 99p for 30, so even cheaper http://www.bmstores.co.uk/products/allergy-and-hayfever-one-a-day-tablets-10mg-30pk-312594
But even Boots have allergy tablets 14 for £1.500 -
I bought some from Amazon for 39p for 30.
I bought a years supply.
They are now £1.09 for 30 at the moment.

No connection and I can verify that these work. I'd be coughing and sneezing all day without them so I'd know if they were duff.0 -
I usually buy these

Id have to disagree with you, I've only been in 1 Netto and found it to be on a par or untidier than the Lidls and Aldi's I've been too.0
