Hi everyone. Whilst on my debt-free-wanabee journey, I've started blogging about all the horrible things they put into our food and how we're expected to eat much less nutritious food just because we're skint.

Well, after a year of learning all about food and nutrition and how to eat the best foods possible whilst on a tight budget, I've managed to put together a health 7-day menu that feeds our family of 4 for £50 per week. (As that's all we've got at the moment).

that's a really nice thing to do to help other people but I think there are only so many times you can provide a meal by raiding the freezer or store cupboards before the stores have been depleted.
