Loan with current lender or rival lender
Hi
Ive been offered a loan of £5000 over 36 months on guaranteed 10.6% Fixed APR from Sainsburys bank
I contact my current bank to see could they offer me anything. They have offered me a price match loan.
Is there any advantage depending on who I choose to lend from?
Or conversely should I contact others and try pit them against each other to get the best offer?
Thanks
Ciaran

You might want to keep your loan with a completely separate provider from your current account provider in the event you get into difficulties and the lender invokes their right to offset... I'm sure you won't, but in the event of the worst....0
