Nationwide Advice

Hi,

I wondered if anybody could help me whilst wait for a call from the broker we are using (said we would speak today but haven't heard back so will be tomorrow now).

We have just reserved a new build and need to get moving ASAP on the mortgage to exchange in time.

I'm interesting in applying for a Nationwide mortgage rate I have seen, will the broker have access to the same rate? Also, another broker told me that with Nationwide, in the affordability calculator we wouldn't need to include the car finance we have as we complete in September and ends in February 2017, so would have less than 6 months to run. Is this the case?

I have a few 1 month late mail order marks on my credit file, will Nationwide accept these and a new build part ex?

I know I can ask the broker (if he calls tomorrow!) but I am trying to do some calculations so I am prepared!

Thank you so much in advance.

Ask the broker who knows your case, don't try and work this out for yourself as you cannot be sure if you have it right anyway.

I'd be more than a little concerned you were discussing your case with other brokers. That way lies problems.

Why would that be an issue? The builder automatically put someone in touch with me, I wasn't impressed with them so I contacted another broker instead.
