Homelessness rises 56%

What does this mean for property values going forward?

Either rents and property fall a long way or homelessness worse
Nothing has been fixed since 2008, it was just pushed into the future

    That's generally how the maths works, yes 1.56 times the previous homeless figures which in 2014 was 54,000 for England alone, and that's just the people who registered as homeless with their local authority, so not a trivial figure...
