What happens next? Advice please

Im hoping I could have some more of your advice please.
I posted a few months ago about doing a cca request on my 3 loans, 2 of which had been passed to debt collectors. Thank you all for your helpful advice.

The two that had been passed to the dca's didn't have ccas so I have stopped paying my dmp through step change.
The third loan was still with santander (originally alliance and leicester) and had a cca.
I tried to contact santander to set up a self managed dmp for the remaining overdraft and loan via phone, but I now longer have a customer number so I can't get past the automated system, email and letter but have heard nothing back.
My last payment was through stepchange was 25th April.

My questions are, what happens next? Will Santander pass the debt on shortly to a dca? Would I be able to cca again or will they pass on the cca to the dca? The remainder of the loan is around £6000 and the ovderdraft is £1500 .
I was paying £25 per month for the loan, but still being charged interest and £11 for the overdraft.
Please could someone point me in the right direction as to what I should do next?

Thank you:)

This is a bit of a non-answer as it's impossible to predict.

Santander may pass the debt to a collector, or sell it to a third party, or write to you themselves, or make a court claim. Or possibly none of these.

The same applies to the other debts

You always (pre-judgement, but not more than once per month) have the right to request a copy of your agreement under s77-9 CCA. But this right would not apply to an overdraft.

Thank you for answering Fatbelly, I thought that might be the case. I'll just wait and see what happens.

From experiance they will either pass to a DCA to attempt collection, or sell the debt on to someone like Lowell or Cabot.

Best thing to do is wait and see, when you are contacted, always respond in writing where matters of money are concerned, it saves been hassled on the phone, and you also have a written record of what's been agreed.
