Anyone holding physical gold and silver can afford an awkward smile in these times. Where the pound has dropped like a stone, a balanced holding of Au & Ag together may have increased by 25% in GBP terms since Brexit, albeit not quite so much as that in USD terms
Are precious metals the real money? Or is that still dollars?
Rather than rush to eBay and elsewhere to shell out on dubious physical precious metal offers, how can we exploit these things in SIPPs for example?

Holding gold ETFs in a SIPP is good practice, if you want exposure to that asset class.
I've got a significant PGHP holding in my SIPP (with Alliance Trust).
As you say, it's been rocketing recently; before, during and after BREXIT vote.0
